Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Research on MARK3 (Microtubule Affinity Regulating Kinase 3) recombinant protein is driven by its pivotal role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating microtubule dynamics and stabilizing the cytoskeleton. MARK3, a member of the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) family, is crucial for neuronal development and has been implicated in various neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Its function involves phosphorylating tau proteins, thus influencing their aggregation and the formation of neurofibrillary tangles. Additionally, MARK3 is known to participate in cell cycle regulation and signal transduction pathways, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant production of MARK3 protein allows for detailed biochemical analyses and functional assays, facilitating a deeper understanding of its molecular mechanisms. Such studies provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and a target for drug development, highlighting the importance of MARK3 in both fundamental research and translational medicine. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of MARK3 can unravel its complex roles in health and disease, paving the way for innovative approaches to treatment in neurodegenerative disorders.
