Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNOT6, a key component of the CCR4-NOT complex, plays a crucial role in post-transcriptional regulation and mRNA decay, influencing various biological processes. Research into CNOT6 has highlighted its involvement in the control of gene expression, RNA metabolism, and cellular responses to stress. Aberrant expression or mutations in CNOT6 have been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it may affect tumor progression and response to therapies. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the mechanisms by which CNOT6 interacts with other proteins and RNA molecules, providing insights into its function in regulating the stability and translation of specific mRNAs. Understanding the role of CNOT6 in cellular contexts may reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases associated with dysregulated gene expression. Further examination of its structural properties and regulatory functions is necessary to fully appreciate the implications of CNOT6 in health and disease, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies.
