Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CMTM6 (Chemokine-like Factor 6) is a member of the CMTM family, which is known for its diverse roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, immune response, and cancer progression. As a key regulator of protein stability and cellular localization, CMTM6 has emerged as a critical player in modulating immune checkpoint proteins, particularly PD-L1, which is pivotal in tumor immune evasion. The understanding of CMTM6's interaction with PD-L1 has garnered significant interest in the context of cancer immunotherapy, as targeting this pathway could enhance the efficacy of existing treatments. Furthermore, aberrations in CMTM6 expression have been implicated in numerous malignancies, underscoring its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant production of CMTM6 not only facilitates the study of its structure and function but also aids in the development of innovative strategies to manipulate its activity for therapeutic purposes. Recent research has focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying CMTM6's function, aiming to leverage this knowledge for the advancement of immunotherapeutic interventions in cancer treatment.
