Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SEC22L3, or Secretory Carrier Membrane Protein 22 Like 3, is a member of the SEC22 family, which plays a crucial role in the intracellular transport of proteins within the secretory pathway. Research into SEC22L3 has gained prominence due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including vesicle transport, membrane fusion, and protein secretion. It is particularly significant in the context of neuronal and immune cell functions, as it facilitates the trafficking of proteins essential for cellular communication and activation. Emerging studies have also suggested a potential link between SEC22L3 and several pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and immune disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which SEC22L3 operates could provide insights into these diseases and offer avenues for therapeutic interventions. Given its pivotal role in protein transport, SEC22L3 has become a target of interest in studies aimed at unraveling the complexities of the endoplasmic reticulum's functions and the broader implications of vesicular transport in health and disease. As such, ongoing research is focused on characterizing its structure, regulation, and interaction with other cellular components, promising to enhance our understanding of its functional importance within the cell.
