Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CIZ1 (CDKN1A interacting zinc finger protein 1) is a multifunctional protein that plays a vital role in cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and gene transcription. Its interaction with the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p21 (CDKN1A) suggests a significant function in controlling cell proliferation and maintaining genomic stability. Abnormal expression or mutations of CIZ1 have been linked to various cancers, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of CIZ1 as a recombinant protein to better understand its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms. By producing CIZ1 in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers can study its interactions with other cellular proteins, investigate its role in tumorigenesis, and explore its potential in targeted cancer therapies. Recombinant CIZ1 provides a platform for developing assays that could facilitate drug discovery and improve our understanding of cancer biology. This research underscores the importance of CIZ1 in cellular processes and its implications for developing novel cancer treatments.
