稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AMY2A, or salivary amylase, is an important enzyme that plays a crucial role in the digestion of carbohydrates by hydrolyzing starch into sugars in the oral cavity. Research on AMY2A has gained significant attention due to its implications in human health, nutrition, and evolutionary biology. Variations in the AMY2A gene have been linked to dietary habits and adaptations, particularly in populations with historically high-starch diets, suggesting a co-evolution of amylase and diet. The recombinant production of AMY2A allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties, enzyme kinetics, and structural features, which are critical for understanding its function and regulation. Additionally, recombinant AMY2A has potential applications in food technology and the development of digestive aids. The ability to produce AMY2A in a controlled environment using recombinant DNA technology not only facilitates the exploration of its role in health and disease but also enhances the understanding of gene expression and protein folding in a model system. Overall, the study of AMY2A through recombinant methods provides valuable insights into its biological significance and practical applications.
