稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-27Ra, a subunit of the interleukin-27 receptor, plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses and has garnered significant interest in immunological research. As a member of the IL-6 cytokine family, IL-27 acts as a key regulator in various physiological processes, including T cell differentiation and the regulation of inflammatory responses. It has been implicated in both promoting and regulating Th1 and Th2 responses, making it vital for the balance of the immune system. Research has demonstrated that IL-27Ra signaling is involved in various disease contexts, such as autoimmune disorders, infections, and cancer. Understanding the functional properties of IL-27Ra can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for modulating immune responses in these diseases. The recombinant expression of IL-27Ra protein is critical for studying its structure, function, and interactions with other proteins. This research facilitates the development of IL-27Ra antagonists or agonists as potential treatments, helping to pave the way for innovative strategies in immunotherapy. Given its importance in the immune landscape, continued exploration of IL-27Ra and its pathways could yield substantial advancements in treating diverse health conditions and improving patient outcomes.
