Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RBBP7 (Retinoblastoma Binding Protein 7) is a crucial multifunctional protein that has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its role in cell cycle regulation and tumor suppression. It is a key component of various chromatin remodeling complexes and is involved in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in the context of the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor pathway. Dysregulation of RBBP7 has been associated with several malignancies, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for tumor progression and as a target for therapeutic intervention. The development of recombinant RBBP7 protein is critical for elucidating its structure-function relationships, understanding its interactions with other cellular components, and determining its precise roles in oncogenesis. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce RBBP7 in a controlled manner, allowing for detailed biochemical and structural studies. This research not only contributes to the fundamental knowledge of tumor biology but also opens avenues for the development of innovative cancer therapies that could manipulate RBBP7's activity, potentially leading to more effective treatments for cancer patients.
