Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CHURC1 protein, encoded by the CHURC1 gene, has garnered interest in the field of molecular biology due to its involvement in crucial cellular processes. Discovered in recent years, CHURC1 is thought to play a significant role in various cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its expression is often found to be altered in various diseases, particularly in certain types of cancers, suggesting that it might have potential as a biomarker for disease progression or a target for therapeutic intervention. Research has indicated that CHURC1 may interact with key signaling pathways, influencing the behavior of tumor cells and affecting their response to treatment. The study of CHURC1 recombinant proteins is instrumental in elucidating the functional mechanisms behind its action in normal and disease states. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers are able to produce CHURC1 protein in controlled conditions, allowing for detailed biochemical analyses, structural studies, and functional assays. This research not only enhances the understanding of CHURC1's role in cellular dynamics but also paves the way for its potential application in targeted therapy and personalized medicine, particularly in cancer treatment, where modulation of CHURC1 activity may yield promising therapeutic outcomes. The ongoing investigation into CHURC1 and its recombinant forms represents a significant step toward unraveling the complexities of cellular regulation and the development of innovative strategies for disease management.
