  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CHUK (Conserved Helix-Loop-Helix Ubiquitous Kinase), also known as IKKα, is a pivotal enzyme within the NF-κB signaling pathway, playing a crucial role in mediating cellular responses to stress, inflammation, and immunity. The study of CHUK recombinant proteins has gained importance due to their potential applications in therapeutic interventions for various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions. Researchers have focused on the structural and functional characterization of CHUK to understand its regulatory mechanisms and interactions with other signaling molecules. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce high yields of CHUK proteins, facilitating the examination of their biochemical properties, such as kinase activity and protein-protein interactions. This research enables the development of inhibitors that can specifically target CHUK, providing insights into its role in pathophysiological processes. Additionally, the investigation of CHUK's involvement in oncogenesis highlights its potential as a biomarker for tumor progression and as a therapeutic target. Overall, the exploration of CHUK recombinant proteins is essential for advancing our understanding of NF-κB signaling and its implications in health and disease.
