Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SDCCAG10, a protein associated with the centrosome, is implicated in various cellular processes, including cell division and cilia formation. Disruptions in centrosomal function and ciliary structure are linked to a range of diseases, such as cancer and ciliopathies. Recent studies have focused on the role of SDCCAG10 in cell cycle regulation and its potential involvement in tumorigenesis, as altered expression levels may contribute to oncogenic pathways. Furthermore, SDCCAG10 has been identified as a critical factor in the stability and functionality of the primary cilium, which is pivotal for cellular signaling and homeostasis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SDCCAG10 function can unravel its contributions to both normal physiology and disease states. Research on SDCCAG10 could not only enhance our comprehension of centrosomal biology but also pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting related disorders. As such, the recombinant expression and characterization of SDCCAG10 are crucial for elucidating its structural and functional properties, enabling further investigation into its role in health and disease.
