Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SCUBE1 (Signal Peptide, CUB Domain, EGF-like 1) is a glycoprotein that plays a critical role in various biological processes, including cell signaling, development, and tissue repair. Initially identified in the context of embryogenesis, SCUBE1 has garnered attention due to its involvement in several key pathways, particularly in the context of cardiovascular and neural development. Recent studies have implicated SCUBE1 in cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation, emphasizing its potential as a biomarker for various diseases, including cancer and cardiac conditions. Researchers have explored the structure and function of SCUBE1, revealing its unique domains, including the CUB (Complement C1r/C1s, Uegf, Bmp1) and EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) motifs, which are essential for its interaction with receptor pathways. The recombinant form of SCUBE1 has been utilized in in vitro and in vivo studies to elucidate its mechanistic roles and therapeutic potential. As the understanding of SCUBE1's functions continues to evolve, it presents exciting prospects for developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies targeting pathological states associated with its dysregulation, paving the way for advancements in regenerative medicine and oncology.
