稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CHDH (Choline Dehydrogenase) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their critical role in choline metabolism, which is essential for various physiological processes, including neurotransmission, membrane synthesis, and lipid metabolism. CHDH catalyzes the oxidation of choline to betaine, influencing the regulation of cellular osmotic balance and methyl group metabolism. As a key enzyme in the biosynthetic pathway of important metabolites, CHDH is implicated in several physiological and pathological conditions, such as cognitive function, cardiovascular health, and liver disease. Research into CHDH recombinant proteins enables scientists to elucidate its enzymatic mechanisms, improve our understanding of its biological functions, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Advances in biotechnology have facilitated the production and purification of these recombinant proteins, allowing for detailed structural and functional analyses. Furthermore, characterizing CHDH's interaction with various substrates and inhibitors offers insights into its role in metabolic disorders. Given the increasing evidence linking choline metabolism to health outcomes, continuing research on CHDH can pave the way for innovative treatments and interventions for diseases associated with choline deficiency or metabolism dysregulation.
