Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CGB2, also known as chorionic gonadotropin beta subunit 2, is a protein that plays a significant role in reproductive biology and is primarily associated with the placenta. It is a member of the broader family of gonadotropin hormones, which are crucial for regulating various reproductive processes, including ovarian function, menstrual cycle, and pregnancy maintenance. Research on CGB2 has gained prominence due to its potential applications in fertility treatments and as a biomarker for certain reproductive health conditions. Notably, variations in CGB2 expression levels have been linked to pregnancy complications, such as miscarriage and preeclampsia, making it an intriguing target for further investigation. The exploration of CGB2 recombinant proteins not only aids in understanding its biological functions but also enhances the development of diagnostic tools and therapeutic options in reproductive medicine. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the production of CGB2 proteins for detailed functional studies, allowing researchers to dissect the molecular mechanisms underlying its actions and interactions in pregnancy. Overall, the study of CGB2 reaped significant insights into reproductive health and highlighted its potential in clinical applications, guiding future research aimed at improving outcomes in reproductive medicine.
