稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CFHL2, also known as Complement Factor H-Like 2, is a protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of the immune system, particularly in the complement cascade, which is crucial for defending against pathogens and maintaining homeostasis. The CFHL2 gene is part of a family of complement-related proteins, which are vital for preventing excessive inflammation and tissue damage during immune responses. Research has indicated that dysregulation of CFHL2 may be implicated in various diseases, including age-related macular degeneration and other inflammatory conditions. The study of CFHL2 recombinant proteins has gained attention due to their potential therapeutic applications, especially in modulating the complement system to treat complement-mediated disorders. By producing and characterizing CFHL2 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to uncover their functional properties, interactions with other complement components, and the mechanisms underlying their role in immune responses. This knowledge could contribute to the development of novel therapies targeting complement-mediated diseases, offering new hope for improved patient outcomes.
