Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of SBNO1 (Strawberry Notch 1) recombinant protein has gained significant interest due to its potential roles in cellular signaling and developmental processes. Identified as a crucial component of the Wnt signaling pathway, SBNO1 is implicated in embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Its expression has been linked to various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer progression and neurodevelopmental disorders. The functional characterization of SBNO1 remains challenging due to the complexity of its interactions with other proteins and cellular components. By generating recombinant SBNO1, researchers aim to elucidate its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms. This involves the expression and purification of the protein to enable in-depth studies, including structural analysis and interaction assays. Understanding SBNO1’s function could provide insights into the modulation of cell signaling pathways, offering potential therapeutic targets for diseases. The ongoing research emphasizes the importance of SBNO1 in cellular regulation and its relevance in both basic and applied biomedical sciences.
