Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MDGA2 (Mammalian Disc Large Homolog 2) is a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase protein family, which plays a critical role in cell adhesion and signaling pathways. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various physiological processes, including neuronal development, synaptogenesis, and cell-cell interactions. Dysregulation of MDGA2 has been associated with several neurological disorders and cancers, prompting researchers to investigate its functional mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of MDGA2 protein allows for in-depth analysis of its structural and biochemical properties, facilitating investigations into its role in cell adhesion dynamics and the regulation of synaptic plasticity. Additionally, understanding MDGA2's interaction with other proteins and its signaling pathways can provide insights into its contributions to cell behavior and disease pathology. This research aims to unravel the complexities of MDGA2 function to leverage its potential in medical applications, including the development of targeted therapies for conditions linked to its misregulation.
