稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLAMF5/CD84 is a member of the SLAM (Signaling Lymphocytic Activation Molecule) family of proteins, which plays a critical role in immune system regulation and cell signaling. It is predominantly expressed on various immune cells, including T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells. Research has indicated that SLAMF5/CD84 is involved in modulating immune responses, influencing cell adhesion, and promoting the development of certain autoimmune conditions. Given the increasing prevalence of immune-mediated diseases and the need for targeted therapies, SLAMF5/CD84 has garnered significant attention as a potential therapeutic target. The study of recombinant SLAMF5/CD84 protein offers valuable insights into its structural and functional properties, facilitating the understanding of its interactions with other immune molecules. By producing this recombinant protein, researchers can conduct detailed analyses of its signaling pathways, binding affinities, and biological activities, paving the way for novel immunotherapeutic strategies. Additionally, investigating SLAMF5/CD84's role in tumor immunity and its potential as a biomarker for disease progression could lead to innovative approaches in cancer immunotherapy. Overall, the exploration of SLAMF5/CD84 and its recombinant protein has significant implications for advancing our understanding of immune mechanisms and developing new treatments for immune-related disorders.
