Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC42EP2, a member of the CDC42 effector protein family, plays a critical role in regulating various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and polarity. Its involvement in these processes is primarily mediated through its interaction with the small GTPase CDC42, which is essential for actin cytoskeleton organization. Recent studies have indicated that CDC42EP2 is implicated in several biological functions, such as cell proliferation and differentiation, making it a potential player in cancer progression and metastasis. Aberrant expression of CDC42EP2 has been observed in various malignancies, highlighting its significance as a biomarker and potential therapeutic target. The study of CDC42EP2 protein, particularly in the context of disease mechanisms, is gaining momentum, as understanding its precise functions may offer insights into the development of targeted therapies. In this framework, recombinant CDC42EP2 protein is increasingly being utilized in biochemical assays and cellular studies to elucidate its functional roles and interactions. By employing techniques such as protein purification and functional characterization, researchers aim to unravel the complex signaling pathways mediated by CDC42EP2, providing a deeper understanding of its contributions to cellular behavior and its implications in human diseases.
