Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRN3 (Leucine Rich Repeat Neuronal 3) is a protein of significant interest in neuroscience and developmental biology due to its potential role in synaptic function and neuronal differentiation. Research has shown that LRRN3 is expressed in the brain during critical periods of development, suggesting its involvement in neurodevelopmental processes. Its unique structure, characterized by a series of leucine-rich repeats, indicates potential interactions with various cellular components, including receptors and signaling molecules, which may influence synaptic plasticity and neuronal connectivity. Studies have implicated LRRN3 in neurodegenerative diseases and psychiatric disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining neuronal health and function. Experimental approaches, including recombinant protein studies, have aimed to elucidate the biochemical properties and functional roles of LRRN3 in neuronal systems. By generating LRRN3 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to explore their interactions with other key proteins, investigate their effects on neural circuitry, and assess their potential as therapeutic targets in disorders where synaptic function is compromised. This ongoing research contributes to a greater understanding of how LRRN3 may influence brain development and function, potentially offering insights into new strategies for the treatment of various neurological conditions.
