Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS29, or Ribosomal Protein S29, is a critical component of the ribosome, the cellular machinery responsible for protein synthesis. This protein belongs to the S12 family of ribosomal proteins and plays a vital role in assembling the ribosomal subunit and ensuring the accuracy of translation. Research on RPS29 has gained traction due to its implications in various biological processes and diseases. Mutations or aberrations in RPS29 have been linked to certain types of cancer and genetic disorders, making it a potential biomarker for therapeutic targets. Additionally, RPS29 is involved in ribosomal biogenesis and influences cellular responses to stress, which could further elucidate its role in cellular homeostasis. Recombinant RPS29 protein has been increasingly used in laboratory studies to investigate its structure-function relationships, binding interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. This approach allows researchers to explore its potential as a therapeutic target and its involvement in ribosomal dysfunction in diseases. Understanding the molecular characteristics and biological significance of RPS29 is crucial for developing targeted therapies and advancing our knowledge of ribosome-related pathologies. Hence, the study of RPS29 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental cellular processes but also opens avenues for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in cancer and other diseases associated with ribosomal dysfunction.
