Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CHST11, or Carbohydrate (Chondroitin 6-sulfate) sulfotransferase 11, is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the biosynthesis of sulfated glycosaminoglycans, specifically chondroitin sulfate. This glycosaminoglycan is integral to various biological processes, including cell signaling, tissue development, and extracellular matrix integrity. Research into CHST11 is particularly significant due to its implications in diseases such as osteoarthritis and certain cancers, where altered chondroitin sulfate metabolism may contribute to pathogenesis. The recombinant expression of CHST11 provides a valuable tool for elucidating its function and regulatory mechanisms within cellular pathways. Additionally, studying its structure and activity can enhance our understanding of sulfation patterns in glycosaminoglycans, potentially leading to therapeutic applications. The advancement of recombinant protein technology has facilitated the production of active CHST11, enabling researchers to explore its biochemical properties and interactions in vitro. Overall, CHST11 represents a promising target for further investigation aimed at developing novel strategies for disease intervention and understanding the complexities of glycobiology.
