Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C7orf43, also known as chromosome 7 open reading frame 43, is a gene located on chromosome 7 that has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initial studies have suggested that C7orf43 may be involved in regulating cell proliferation, apoptosis, and response to environmental stressors. Abnormal expression of this gene has been associated with various diseases, including certain cancers and neurodegenerative disorders, underscoring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Research focusing on the recombinant protein of C7orf43 aims to elucidate its structural and functional characteristics, which are critical for understanding its role in biological pathways. By producing and purifying the recombinant C7orf43 protein, scientists can perform in vitro and in vivo experiments to investigate its interactions with other proteins and cellular components. This research not only contributes to our understanding of the gene's biological functions but also opens avenues for exploring its involvement in disease progression and potential therapeutic interventions. The study of C7orf43 recombinant protein may pave the way for novel diagnostic and treatment options, highlighting the importance of this gene in human health and disease.
