Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASA4, or Ras GTPase-activating protein 4, is a critical regulator in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in relation to the Ras family of proteins, which play a vital role in controlling cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Abnormalities in Ras signaling are often implicated in various cancers, making RASA4 an important focus for research into potential therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have highlighted its function in modulating Ras activity, revealing its potential influence on tumor progression and response to treatments. The recombinant production of RASA4 protein allows for detailed investigations into its structure-function relationship and interactions with other cellular components. By expressing and purifying RASA4, researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action and explore its role in oncogenesis. Additionally, understanding the functional implications of RASA4 in various cellular contexts may provide insights into novel strategies for targeting Ras-related pathways in cancer therapies. The development of RASA4 as a recombinant protein is not only crucial for basic research but also holds promise for translational approaches, paving the way for innovative treatments targeting RAS-driven malignancies.
