稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GATA1-A is a transcription factor belonging to the GATA family, crucial for the regulation of gene expression during hematopoiesis and embryonic development. GATA1-A plays a pivotal role in erythropoiesis, influencing the differentiation and proliferation of erythroid progenitor cells. Mutations in the GATA1 gene have been associated with various hematological disorders, including anemia and congenital heart defects. Given its importance in gene regulation and potential implications in therapeutic interventions, researchers have been focusing on the recombinant expression of GATA1-A protein. This approach enables the study of the protein's functional properties, molecular interactions, and roles in specific signaling pathways. Furthermore, the availability of recombinant GATA1-A can facilitate high-throughput screening of small molecules or other modulators that may influence its activity. Understanding the structure-function relationship of GATA1-A through detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization can also provide insights into its mechanisms of action. Overall, the research on GATA1-A recombinant protein not only contributes to basic biological knowledge but also holds promise for developing targeted therapies for diseases associated with GATA1 dysregulation.
