稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ENO1, or alpha-enolase, is a crucial glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate, playing a pivotal role in energy metabolism. Beyond its metabolic function, ENO1 has been implicated in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation, particularly in cancer biology where it is overexpressed in many tumors. Researchers have increasingly focused on ENO1 as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and therapy, as its elevated expression correlates with tumor progression and worse prognosis. Additionally, ENO1 has been identified as a moonlighting protein, possessing non-metabolic functions such as acting as an immunogenic antigen in autoimmune diseases, and playing a role in the regulation of transcription and cellular stress responses. The study of recombinant ENO1 protein not only aids in elucidating its multifaceted roles but also facilitates the exploration of its interactions with various biomolecules, paving the way for the development of ENO1-targeted drugs or therapies. Thus, ongoing research into recombinant ENO1 protein is crucial for understanding its contributions to metabolic pathways and its potential as a therapeutic target in a variety of diseases, particularly cancer.
