Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RABAC1, a member of the RAB protein family, plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and vesicle transport, which are essential processes for various cellular functions. Emerging studies have highlighted its involvement in cancer progression, specifically in regulating autophagy and influencing membrane dynamics. Research into RABAC1 has increased significantly due to its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer and other diseases. Its complex interactions with various cellular partners make it a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Notably, the understanding of RABAC1's mechanisms can shed light on its role in membrane trafficking pathways, offering insights into how disturbances in these processes may lead to pathological conditions. The reconstitution of RABAC1 as a recombinant protein provides a valuable tool for functional studies, allowing researchers to explore its biochemical properties, interactions, and downstream effects in a controlled environment. By unraveling the specific functions and regulatory mechanisms of RABAC1, scientists aim to pave the way for novel treatment strategies that could leverage its pathways in disease modulation.
