Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Tmprss15, a member of the transmembrane serine protease family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Emerging evidence suggests that Tmprss15 is involved in critical functions such as cell signaling, tissue remodeling, and immune responses. It has been linked to the activation of viral entry mechanisms, notably in the case of certain pathogens, which underscores its relevance in infectious disease research. Moreover, Tmprss15 is implicated in various cancers, where aberrant expression may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying Tmprss15 activity could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting diseases associated with dysregulation of this protease. Researchers have focused on characterizing the protein's biochemical properties, structural features, and regulatory pathways to elucidate its functional roles. Overall, the study of Tmprss15 and its recombinant protein forms is poised to provide valuable insights into both normal biology and disease states, making it a promising candidate for further investigation in biomolecular research and therapeutic development.
