稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKRIR, or Protein Regulator of Interferon Regulatory Factor, has gained attention in recent years due to its role in the immune response and its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Research indicates that PRKRIR functions as a crucial modulator of the interferon signaling pathway, which is vital for the regulation of antiviral responses and the maintenance of immune homeostasis. The protein is known to interact with key signaling molecules, influencing the activation and expression of interferon-stimulated genes. Given its involvement in immune regulation, PRKRIR has emerged as a candidate for therapeutic intervention. Scientists are exploring its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and treatment response, particularly in conditions where interferon signaling is dysregulated. The ability to produce recombinant PRKRIR has facilitated the detailed study of its structure-function relationships, cellular interactions, and potential as a therapeutic target. As research continues to unravel the complexities of PRKRIR's role in the immune system, it holds promise for novel treatment strategies and a deeper understanding of host-pathogen interactions. This underscores the importance of PRKRIR in both fundamental immunology and its potential clinical applications, making it a compelling focus for ongoing and future investigations in the field.
