Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MRPS6, or mitochondrial ribosomal protein S6, is a vital component of the mitochondrial ribosome, playing a crucial role in the protein synthesis within mitochondria. With the increasing understanding of mitochondrial dysfunction in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer, MRPS6 has garnered attention for its potential implications in these conditions. Studies have highlighted its involvement in the regulation of mitochondrial biogenesis and the overall maintenance of cellular energy metabolism. The importance of MRPS6 is further underscored by its association with mitochondrial diseases, where mutations or dysregulation can lead to impaired respiratory function and increased oxidative stress. As a result, the investigation of MRPS6 recombinant protein has become a focal point for research aimed at elucidating its functions and mechanisms. Constructs of recombinant MRPS6 allow for in-depth studies, including its interaction with other mitochondrial proteins and its role in the assembly of mitochondrial ribosomes. Understanding these aspects may yield new insights into therapeutic targets for diseases linked to mitochondrial dysfunction. In addition, the characterization of MRPS6 may contribute to the development of biomarker assays for early diagnosis and monitoring of mitochondrial-related pathologies. Overall, the study of MRPS6 recombinant protein is essential for unraveling the complexities of mitochondrial biology and its implications for human health and disease.
