稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA3, or Annexin A3, is a member of the annexin family of proteins, which are known for their role in calcium-dependent phospholipid binding and membrane-related processes. It has garnered considerable attention in recent years due to its involvement in various cellular functions, including apoptosis, cell proliferation, and inflammatory responses. Dysregulation of ANXA3 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. The recombinant expression of ANXA3 enables researchers to study its structure, function, and interactions in detail, facilitating the exploration of its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. By generating recombinant ANXA3 proteins, scientists can investigate its role in signaling pathways and cellular mechanisms, providing insights into how it may influence disease processes. Additionally, these studies can aid in the development of novel diagnostic tools and therapies aimed at modulating ANXA3 activity in pathological conditions. Understanding ANXA3 at the molecular level is crucial for leveraging its properties in biomedical applications, and ongoing research in recombinant protein technologies is pivotal for advancing our knowledge in this area.
