Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITIH3 (Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain 3) is a member of the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor family, primarily known for its role in modulating the immune response and promoting tissue repair. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various pathological conditions, including inflammation, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. The interaction of ITIH3 with hyaluronic acid and other extracellular matrix components suggests its potential role in cell signaling and matrix stability. This has fueled interest in its therapeutic applications, particularly in regenerative medicine and as a biomarker for disease. Furthermore, advances in recombinant protein technology enable the production of ITIH3 for detailed functional studies, allowing researchers to explore its mechanisms of action and interactions within the biological system. Understanding the structural and functional properties of ITIH3 can lead to novel treatments and diagnostic tools, making it a significant focus in biomedical research.
