Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLA2G1B, or Phospholipase A2 Group 1B, is an enzyme that plays a critical role in lipid metabolism and inflammatory processes. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of phospholipids to generate free fatty acids and lysophospholipids, which are important in various cellular signaling pathways. Research has indicated that PLA2G1B is implicated in several pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and certain cancers. Understanding its structure and function can provide insights into the mechanisms of these diseases and may lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Recombinant PLA2G1B protein has gained attention as a valuable tool for studying its enzymatic activity and biological effects in vitro and in vivo. The production of recombinant PLA2G1B allows for the creation of a more consistent and pure protein source, facilitating detailed biochemical assays, kinetic studies, and potential drug discovery efforts. As researchers delve into the diverse roles of PLA2G1B, the recombinant protein serves as a key asset in elucidating its physiological functions and pathological associations. This could ultimately pave the way for innovative treatments targeting PLA2G1B-related pathways, highlighting its significance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
