Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HNRNPM (Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein M) is a significant member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) family, which plays a critical role in the regulation of pre-mRNA processing, mRNA stability, and transport within the nucleus. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various cellular processes, including alternative splicing and response to cellular stress, making it a vital factor in gene expression regulation. Moreover, HNRNPM has been implicated in various pathophysiological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and viral infections, as it interacts with numerous RNA and protein partners. The recombinant expression of HNRNPM not only facilitates the study of its structure-function relationships but also aids in elucidating its interactions with RNA and other proteins. By producing HNRNPM in a controlled environment, researchers can investigate its role in splicing mechanisms and its contributions to disease pathology. The advancement of techniques such as CRISPR/Cas9 and RNA-seq has further enhanced our ability to dissect HNRNPM's functions and regulatory pathways, providing valuable insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. As our understanding of HNRNPM continues to evolve, the development of HNRNPM recombinant proteins promises to open new avenues for research and application in molecular biology and medicine.
