Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAFAH1B2, also known as Platelet-Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase 1B Member 2, is a member of the PAFAH (Platelet-Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase) family, which plays a critical role in lipid metabolism and inflammation. Research into PAFAH1B2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various biological processes, including neurodevelopment and cardiovascular health. Mutations in the PAFAH1B2 gene have been associated with neurological disorders, emphasizing its importance in proper brain function and development. To further understand its mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications, scientists have been focusing on the recombinant expression of PAFAH1B2. By producing this protein in vitro, researchers can study its enzymatic activity, structural characteristics, and interactions with other molecules. Moreover, recombinant PAFAH1B2 can serve as a valuable tool for drug development and therapeutic interventions targeting related diseases. Continued investigation of PAFAH1B2 will enhance our understanding of its biological roles and contribute to the development of novel strategies for treating neurodevelopmental and inflammatory conditions.
