Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL7R (Interleukin-7 receptor) plays a critical role in the development and function of the immune system by mediating the effects of interleukin-7, a key cytokine in lymphocyte development. Abnormalities in IL7R signaling have been linked to various immunological disorders, including T-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Given its pivotal role, the study of IL7R and its recombinant protein form has gained considerable attention in immunology and therapeutic research. Recombinant IL7R offers a valuable tool for dissecting signaling pathways and cellular interactions, as well as for developing potential treatments targeting IL7R-associated diseases. Utilizing recombinant technology, researchers are exploring IL7R's structural and functional aspects to understand how mutations or alterations in this receptor contribute to disease states. Additionally, IL7R-based therapies could enhance immune reconstitution in patients undergoing immunosuppressive treatments or suffering from lymphopenia. Through ongoing research, the characterization of IL7R and its signaling mechanisms has the potential to unlock novel immunotherapies aimed at rebalancing immune responses and improving patient outcomes in various conditions.
