稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRG3 (Progestogen-Associated Endometrial Protein 3) is a member of the lipocalin family, primarily expressed in human endometrial tissues, and is associated with reproductive functions. Its expression is modulated by hormonal signals, particularly during the menstrual cycle and pregnancy, indicating a potential role in reproductive health and early embryo development. The study of PRG3 recombinant proteins has gained traction in recent years, driven by the need to understand its biological functions and mechanisms at a molecular level. Research has suggested that PRG3 may play a role in immune modulation within the endometrium, contributing to a favorable environment for embryo implantation and maintenance of pregnancy. The recombinant form of PRG3 allows for detailed biochemical analysis and functional assays, enabling scientists to explore its interactions with other proteins and molecules involved in reproductive processes. This research has potential implications for addressing fertility issues and developing new therapeutic strategies for reproductive disorders. Furthermore, understanding PRG3’s properties may pave the way for novel contraceptives or treatments for conditions like endometriosis, underscoring the importance of continued investigations into this significant biomolecule. Overall, the study of PRG3 recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue in reproductive biology that could enhance our understanding of fertility and related health issues.
