稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SERPINB1, also known asserpin peptidase inhibitor, clade B member 1, is a member of the serpin superfamily, which plays a critical role in regulating various biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammation. This protein is primarily expressed in epithelial cells and is known to inhibit serine proteases, thereby modulating proteolytic activity within tissues. Research on SERPINB1 has gained traction due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer, where it is thought to influence tumor progression and metastasis by modulating the extracellular environment and immune responses. Additionally, SERPINB1 has been implicated in chronic inflammatory conditions, where its expression levels can affect tissue homeostasis and repair mechanisms. The recombinant expression of SERPINB1 allows for detailed study of its structure-function relationships, interactions with other biomolecules, and potential therapeutic applications, such as in the development of novel drugs targeting protease-related pathways. Understanding SERPINB1's biological roles and mechanisms is essential for uncovering its potential as a biomarker for disease and a target for intervention in various pathological states. Thus, research focusing on recombinant SERPINB1 holds promise for advancing our knowledge of its multifunctional roles in health and disease.
