Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CREB1 (cAMP response element-binding protein 1) is a transcription factor that plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and survival. It is primarily regulated by phosphorylation in response to multiple signaling pathways, particularly those activated by cyclic AMP (cAMP) and calcium. The dysregulation of CREB1 has been implicated in numerous pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and mood disorders. Research has shown that CREB1 influences gene expression involved in neuronal plasticity, thereby impacting memory and learning. Given its crucial role in mediating cellular responses, the study of CREB1 recombinant proteins has gained traction in both basic research and therapeutic development. By generating and characterizing CREB1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its functional mechanisms and regulatory pathways. These studies can provide insights into its role in disease and offer potential targets for drug development. Additionally, CREB1 recombinant proteins serve as valuable tools for understanding protein-protein interactions and post-translational modifications that influence its activity. Overall, the exploration of CREB1 through recombinant technology not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic strategies targeting CREB1-related diseases.
