Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRKCH (Protein Kinase C eta) is a member of the protein kinase C family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The research surrounding PRKCH has gained significant attention due to its involvement in several pathological conditions, such as cancer, neurological disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Unlike other isoforms, PRKCH is uniquely regulated by distinct signaling pathways and has been shown to exhibit specific localization within cells, which highlights its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the structure and function of PRKCH, particularly through the study of its recombinant protein variants, is essential for elucidating its role in cellular signaling and disease mechanisms. Recent advances in recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems have enabled the production of PRKCH in sufficient quantities for detailed biochemical and structural studies. These studies are expected to provide insights into the kinase's substrate specificity, regulation, and interactions with other cellular proteins. Ultimately, this research may pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating PRKCH activity, offering potential benefits in the treatment of diseases associated with its dysregulation.
