Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HYAL1 (hyaluronidase 1) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the degradation of hyaluronic acid, a key component of the extracellular matrix involved in tissue hydration, cell proliferation, and migration. Its significance in various biological processes makes it a potential target for therapeutic applications in diseases such as cancer, where altered hyaluronic acid metabolism can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Research has shown that HYAL1 is overexpressed in certain tumors, correlating with poor prognosis, highlighting its potential as a biomarker. Additionally, understanding the structure and function of recombinant HYAL1 proteins can aid in elucidating their precise biological roles and mechanisms of action. The production of recombinant HYAL1 enables the study of its enzymatic activity, regulation, and interaction with other cellular components in a controlled environment, thus providing insights into its therapeutic potential. Moreover, characterizing HYAL1 may lead to the development of novel drugs aimed at modulating its activity, indicating its importance in both basic research and clinical applications.
