  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ADAP1, or Adapter Protein 1, is a crucial member of the adaptor protein family involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and intracellular trafficking. It plays a significant role in immune cell signaling, particularly in T cells and other hematopoietic cells, where it assists in the regulation of cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. The dysregulation of ADAP1 has been implicated in several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, making it an important target for therapeutic intervention. The study of ADAP1 recombinant protein has gained momentum as it allows researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties in a controlled environment. By producing ADAP1 in heterologous systems, scientists can analyze its interactions with various signaling molecules and other proteins, aiding in the elucidation of its role in immune responses and disease pathology. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying ADAP1's function could lead to the development of novel strategies for treatment and prevention of ADAP1-related diseases. Thus, the research into ADAP1 recombinant protein is not only significant for basic biological knowledge but also for its potential translational implications in medicine and biotechnology.
