稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C13orf12, also known as Chromosome 13 Open Reading Frame 12, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and its association with certain diseases. Located on chromosome 13, this gene encodes a protein that is believed to be involved in cellular regulation and signaling pathways. Research has indicated that C13orf12 may play a role in inflammatory responses, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Notably, its expression levels have been linked to certain cancers, making it a candidate for cancer biomarker studies. The interest in C13orf12 has increased as researchers seek to understand its functional mechanisms and implications in health and disease. Recombinant proteins of C13orf12 are utilized to further investigate its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components, thereby facilitating the exploration of its role in cancer biology and potential therapeutic targets. Given the complex nature of gene regulation and protein functionality, studies involving C13orf12 are critical for elucidating its contribution to molecular pathways and disease states, particularly in oncogenesis and immune responses.
