稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRAF2 (P53 Regulated Apoptosis Factor 2) is an important protein involved in the regulation of apoptosis and cellular stress responses. Its role has garnered attention due to its potential implications in cancer biology and therapeutic strategies. This protein is regulated by the tumor suppressor p53, known for its function in controlling the cell cycle and inducing apoptosis in response to genotoxic stress. Research has shown that PRAF2 may influence cell survival and proliferation, making it a critical factor in tumor development and progression. Furthermore, alterations in PRAF2 expression have been associated with various cancer types, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. The interest in PRAF2 has motivated studies aimed at understanding its structural characteristics, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. By elucidating the function of PRAF2, researchers hope to uncover novel therapeutic targets and strategies for cancer treatment, emphasizing the importance of this protein in the broader context of cellular homeostasis and disease pathology.
