Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C12orf29, also known as coiled-coil domain containing 12, is a gene located on chromosome 12 that has garnered attention due to its potential role in human health and disease. Research into C12orf29 has been driven by its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, suggesting that it could be important in cancer biology and other pathologies. The protein encoded by this gene is predicted to contain coiled-coil motifs, indicative of its role in protein-protein interactions, which are vital in cellular signaling and structural organization. Preliminary studies have indicated that aberrations in C12orf29 expression may correlate with certain diseases, prompting interest in understanding its biological functions. The production of recombinant C12orf29 protein is crucial for elucidating its structure and function, enabling researchers to explore its interaction with other cellular components. By investigating the biochemical properties and biological implications of this protein, scientists aim to uncover its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker in diseases, particularly in oncology. Thus, the study of C12orf29 recombinant protein represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease, as well as developing novel strategies for disease intervention.
