Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP2R2A, a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, division, and apoptosis. The dysregulation of PP2A activity, often associated with the aberrant expression of its regulatory subunits like PPP2R2A, has been implicated in several diseases, particularly cancer. Understanding the structure and function of PPP2R2A is essential for elucidating the mechanisms by which PP2A exerts its tumor-suppressive effects and how its dysfunction contributes to oncogenesis. Research on recombinant PPP2R2A protein has enabled scientists to explore its interactions with other cellular proteins, investigate its regulatory mechanisms, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target. The production and characterization of recombinant PPP2R2A provide valuable insights into its role in the PP2A holoenzyme and facilitate further studies aimed at developing PP2A modulators. As a result, the investigation of PPP2R2A not only advances our knowledge of fundamental cellular processes but also highlights its potential in the context of therapeutic strategies for cancer and other diseases linked to PP2A dysregulation.
