Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C12orf26, known as "Chromosome 12 Open Reading Frame 26," has emerged as a significant focus in genomic and proteomic research due to its potential roles in various biological processes. Initially identified as a gene of unknown function, studies have begun to reveal its involvement in cellular mechanisms related to stress responses, apoptosis, and possibly cancer progression. The full-length recombinant protein of C12orf26 has been engineered to facilitate functional studies, enabling researchers to explore its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. The expression of the recombinant protein in model organisms has provided insights into its structural characteristics, signaling pathways, and its effects on cell viability in different stress conditions. Advances in analytical techniques, such as mass spectrometry and crystallography, have further enhanced our understanding of C12orf26's functional relevance. Given the increasing evidence linking C12orf26 to critical physiological processes and its potential as a biomarker, continued research into its recombinant form is essential for unraveling its role in health and disease. Understanding the mechanisms of action of C12orf26 may offer new therapeutic insights, particularly in cancer biology, where it could serve as a target for intervention.
