稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C11orf17, also known as RAB24 (Ras-Related Protein Rab24), is a gene located on chromosome 11 that encodes a member of the ras superfamily of small GTPases. It has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in various cellular processes, including autophagy, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Studies have indicated that C11orf17 may play a role in cancer, particularly in regulating tumor growth and survival, making it a target for oncological research. Its unique properties as a rab protein suggest that it may influence vesicular transport and cellular signaling pathways, leading to implications in both normal physiology and disease states. Researchers are particularly interested in its function in autophagy, a crucial process where cells degrade and recycle components, which has significant implications in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. The recombinant production of C11orf17 protein allows for detailed characterization of its biochemical properties and interactions. This research is critical for understanding its role in health and disease, with the potential to uncover novel therapeutic strategies targeting C11orf17-related pathways. By elucidating its structure-function relationship, scientists aim to provide insights into its mechanistic roles and therapeutic relevance, fostering advancements in targeted therapies for cancers and other conditions where autophagic dysregulation is observed.
