Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMEM59 (Transmembrane Protein 59) is a membrane-bound protein known for its potential roles in cellular processes such as autophagy, endosomal trafficking, and immune response regulation. Recent studies have highlighted its important functions in various physiological contexts and diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The research into TMEM59 has gained momentum due to its association with several critical cellular pathways, particularly those related to membrane dynamics and protein degradation. This has raised questions about its precise mechanisms of action and potential as a therapeutic target. The expression and purification of TMEM59 as a recombinant protein is essential for further investigation, allowing researchers to explore its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. By generating and utilizing recombinant TMEM59, scientists aim to elucidate its biological role, improve understanding of its contributions to disease pathology, and investigate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various medical applications. Moreover, the study of the TMEM59 protein can provide insights into similar transmembrane proteins, contributing to the broader understanding of membrane biology and signaling pathways in human health and disease.
