稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ROBO4, a member of the Roundabout (ROBO) family of proteins, is primarily known for its role in vascular development and angiogenesis. Research has shown that ROBO4 plays a critical role in maintaining endothelial cell integrity and regulating blood vessel formation. This protein mediates cell signaling through its interaction with Slit proteins, which are involved in directing neuronal growth cones during neural development and have been implicated in the regulation of various cellular processes, including cell migration and adhesion. Additionally, ROBO4 has garnered interest for its potential involvement in cancer biology, where it could influence tumor growth and metastasis by modulating the angiogenic switch in the tumor microenvironment. The study of recombinant ROBO4 proteins is instrumental in elucidating their functional properties, facilitating the understanding of their structural and biochemical characteristics. Advanced techniques such as gene cloning, expression in host systems, and purification protocols have been employed to produce active ROBO4 protein for functional assays. By investigating the signaling pathways and mechanisms through which ROBO4 operates, researchers aim to identify novel therapeutic targets for diseases characterized by aberrant angiogenesis, such as cancer and inflammatory disorders. As a result, the study of ROBO4 and its recombinant forms holds significant promise for the development of innovative strategies in regenerative medicine and cancer treatment. The ongoing research in this area continues to expand our understanding of the multifaceted roles of ROBO4 in health and disease.
